About Us
The Earthmerch Story
I founded Earthmerch in 2020 with a clear mission—make sustainable merch as standard. Not an afterthought. Just the way it should be.
Lockdown changed everything. Planes were grounded, skies turned blue, and one day in the garden I realised I wanted to be accountable. To have an answer when the next generation asked what I did for the planet.
I had been running big projects for Universal Music, The Rolling Stones, U2, MTV, and the BRITs. But it was when launching the retail store at Abbey Road Studios that my interest in merch ignited.
Merch should be a rewarding, creative and enjoyable process - for us and for our customers. So, we built strong relationships with suppliers who share our values. People who believe in doing things the right way. A decent job, fairly paid.
Together, we now drive innovation. We partner with brands, artists and retailers who stand for something - and we are an approved government supplier to create real impact.
We are proud of it’s journey - of our stellar line-up of clients who use their platforms for good. And we’re just getting started.

“When we chose Earthmerch for Love Supreme and Kite, we immediately saw a big uplift in the quality, aesthetic and design of our merchandise. That delivered a far better offering for our customers and revenues shot up. We need to feel safe with our partners - with Earth Merch we do”.

Our Ethos
Lets Talk Supply Chain
Earthmerch is is working to ensure trusted traceability for every step of the supply chain.
We challenge our suppliers to prioritise transparency and ethical practices. Further, we prioritise ISO-9001 & B-Corp suppliers.
We expect audits by internationally recognised recognised third parties, such as Amfori BSCI, BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, or WRAP.
We provide clickable certification logos for ease of review.
Smashing those CSR Targets
Earthmerch is a female owned SME which helps support our clients supplier diversity initiatives.
We review an LCA (lifecycle analysis) for each potential product so you know the full story. From materials to working conditions, packaging and transportation methods.
We share all certifications and audits so you can be confident that your merch fully supports your CSR and ESG goals.
Partnering For Good
Not all of us have access to proper clothing. At Earthmerch, we believe new clothes not only provide a basic human need, but help people feel valued and respected.
We support both our own and our customers’ Social Value Policies by providing new unbranded apparel to women’s shelters as well as local and National homeless charities.
We also donate branded apparel through a distribution network which includes disadvantaged young people and National / International charitable organisations
Restore Nature
Earthmech offers an opt in mechanism to support high-quality nature-based projects that remove carbon, restore biodiversity and improve livelihoods.
This is done through purchasing biodiversity and carbon credits. In the UK and threatened bio diverse hotspots. UN verified.
Size Inclusive
Everyone should be able to wear and enjoy great merch, without exception. Size inclusivity is our standard, just like sustainability.
For our uniform customers, apparel isn’t just clothing—it’s a statement of brand and workplace culture. We design uniforms that are durable, comfortable and look equally good on all.
Paying It Forward
Earthmerch is proud to partner with Supajam, who run education campus’s around the UK. They help young people aged between 16-25 with social, emotional or special educational needs.
